Safe and reliable
Uses electrical interlock automatic feedback, eliminating the need for the elevator main power to be connected to this device. The control switch between the device and the power supply is fully isolated statically, ensuring normal operation of the elevator and signal acquisition during emergency processes, and safe operation during rescue processes. During elevator maintenance, this device refuses to operate.
Strong universality
Adopts flexible and varied interface schemes, compatible with elevators of different brands and models. Even if your elevator is upgraded, simple adjustments are all that's needed for compatibility. The button adjustment function uses online rewritable memory to store various parameters that need adjustment, making debugging simple, intuitive, and reliable.
Uses sinusoidal pulse width modulation variable frequency (SPWM) technology
Fully digital working mode, changes in ambient temperature do not affect the performance of the device. The three-phase inverter power supply system supplies power to the elevator traction machine using pulse width modulation, and uses high-power IGBT power drive modules for power output, making emergency startup, operation, and stopping of the elevator smoother and more comfortable.
Digital bus control
The 12C bus is a newly introduced technology that controls various analog quantities in emergency operation status through a single bus, and completes multi-data collection and detection work through real-time monitoring by the central control processor, greatly improving the overall performance and reliability.
Self-charging maintenance-free function
Uses a specially designed trickle charging circuit to charge the battery, overcoming the self-discharge characteristics of secondary batteries. No manual charging or discharging of the battery or other maintenance is required, greatly extending the battery's lifespan.
